Welcome to LBS!

LBS Connections provides neurodiversity-affirming behavior and educational support for autistic individuals and families through a compassionate, real-life approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We focus on connection, communication, emotional regulation, independence, advocacy, and meaningful skill-building — without forcing compliance, suppressing stimming, or encouraging masking.

Services include behavior support, parent coaching, IEP guidance and advocacy, executive functioning, daily living skills, school collaboration, and social-emotional development. Our goal is to build confidence, independence, and skills while supporting individuals in fully being themselves.

We accept private pay and are in-network with various Medicaid-managed and commercial insurance plans. Inquire to see if we’re in-network with you! LBS Connections provides in-person services throughout Shelby, Miami, Montgomery, and surrounding Dayton-area communities, with virtual support available beyond our in-person service area.

At LBS, stimming is a strength, curiosity is encouraged, and every voice matters.
